Therapy Fees

Fees will be discussed when scheduling your appointments with administration.

Please Note:

We are unable to bulk-bill
The full fee is to be paid at the time of your appointment
Medicare, private health, or NDIS rebates may apply if you are eligible. Please refer to the Rebates page for more information.

For further information, the Australian Psychological Society (APS) provides a guide to fees for psychological services.

Assessment fees vary based on the assessment type, and this will be discussed with administration.

The face-to-face time required to complete the assessment is 8 - 11 hours.

Weschler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence, Fourth Edition (WPPSI-IV)

Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children, Fifth Edition (WISC-V)

Weschler Adult Intelligence Scale, Fourth Edition (WAIS-IV)

Cancellation Fees

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

This timeframe enables the psychologist to reallocate their time to other clients, who are also in need of support.

We aim to assist as many families as possible and are conscious of the significant waiting lists to access psychological services.
