The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a scheduled fee of $300 for a psychology consultation.
We have reduced our fees in order to provide more accessible services to families in need of therapy.

Assessment Fees
​
Assessment fees vary based on the assessment type
$1700 - $3600*.
​
The hours required to complete the assessment range from
8 hours- 11 hours (per assessment).
​
This includes:

An intake session (approx 1 hour)

Assessment (2-4 hours depending on assessment)

A detailed report (4-5 hours for analysis and writing report)

A feedback session (approx 1 hour)

Cancellation Fees
​
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
​
This timeframe enables the psychologist to reallocate their time to other clients, who are also in need of support.
We aim to assist as many families as possible and are conscious of the significant waiting lists to access psychological services.

Notice Provided:
​

48 hours' + notice/re-schedule = no charge.

24-48 hours' notice = 50% of session fee.

0-24 hours' notice = full session fee.
